🚀 About the Opportunity

We’re AI4IP — a small but mighty team of 5 building cutting-edge generative AI software for AI power users, sports teams, and brands. We also create custom AI-powered experiences for sports, music, and retail — from live activations to interactive brand campaigns — and occasionally deliver high-end creative services.

We move fast. We have a million ideas. And we need you to keep us focused, on track, and charging toward our big goals.

This is not a “sit in meetings all day” role. This is player-coach product management:

• 🗺️ You own the roadmap, backlog, and weekly plans.
• 🧩 You get in the weeds, every day, making sure the team knows exactly what to work on next.
• ⚡ You keep momentum high across both our core AI platform and select external projects.
• 📈 You track the data and outcomes that show we’re on the right path.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• ✅ Own the roadmap & backlog — Prioritize what matters most each week while keeping the big vision in sight.
• 🏃 Run the day-to-day — Manage sprints in Linear, unblock the team, and keep all moving parts coordinated.
• 🚢 Drive product delivery — Ensure features and experiments ship on time and at a high quality.
• 🤝 Lead external project execution — Manage our workstreams for sports and brand activations (internal coordination only; client comms handled by others).
• 📊 Measure & learn — Track KPIs, gather insights, and turn results into actionable next steps.
• 🧩 Be the glue — Connect engineering, design, and creative so nothing slips through the cracks.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 🛠️ Hands-on product management experience with real software applications (startups a plus).
• 🧠 Comfort living in both strategy and execution — you’re as happy building a roadmap as you are chasing down a task.
• 📅 Experience with Linear or similar tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• ✨ Passion for AI — especially generative AI for images, video, and creative applications.
• ⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy, no-hierarchy environment.
• 📈 Strong data mindset — you track and measure what matters.
• 🇺🇸 US-based; Los Angeles preferred but not required.
